Have you
participated in Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery planning within the
past 12 months?
Every manager and senior staff member should be involved in Business Continuity
and/or Disaster Recovery planning as a part of their normal job functions.
Are all employees in your company routinely informed of changes in policies
related to Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery?
How changes in policies and procedures are communicated to employees is a
critical factor in a company's survivability. If employees are not routinely
informed of changes, it often indicates that the Business Continuity plan is
stale and is not being kept up to date. It can also indicate a lack of
commitment from upper management.
